Autumn health

So this autumn I am continuing to work for the nhs working in the community with patients who have complex multi pathologies. Getting out in the fresh air is good for body and mind health I completed a 10k night walk in aid of cancer research last week and look forward to yoga on my day off. Making small changes to your health and lifestyle can help pick something small to focus on. Looking forward to using a new Pilates home reformer machine to build on core and muscle strength.
